I was a senior clinician within an Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for seven and a half years, during which I used supervision skills to informally supervise the client work of the fully qualified counsellors who worked in or were affiliated to the EAP.

Having worked in EAPs since 2010, I might be a good fit for you if you would benefit from a supervisor who has extensive knowledge of working in EAPs, including the unique challenges faced by counsellors and the skills required of them.

I might also be a good fit if you are training to be a counsellor, since I am currently a tutor on a diploma in integrative counselling and psychotherapy course.
